Factor-Fu

After a short discussion, we decided to change the name of the documentation from "Practical Factor" to "Factor-Fu". I am not starting a book (at the moment ), its simply a name for the documentation so everyone knows what im talking about.

Thanks for the input from all on #concatenative.

I have only started to add the high-level structure for the documentation. I am not going to directly start writing content. I would like to encourage everyone to have a look at the structure and comment on sections we need to add or re-arrange. After the structure has stabilized and the majority are happy with it, will we start to add content.
